Kabayan, where can I buy in Manila Sig handguns? I am interested to buy a Sig P220. Also, where can I buy ( also in Manila ) Glock 31 or 32 (.357 Auto )? Twinpines Inc, and Trust Trade do not supply Sig and Glock 31 or 32.

Is the .357 Sig ammo being sold in the Philippines already? Where can I buy this ammo in the Philippines?

    Thanks to you all :)

Sa Urban, 5/F Shangri-la EDSA, may mga SIG. Ang naalala kong naka-display is the 228.

Sa Trust Trade Galleria some months ago (Feb), may nakita kong Glock 31, not sure kung meron na ulit.

    Sa UltraSystems, meron din 228.

Pag naka hanap ka ng 220, sabihin mo kung saan ha? ;)

Thank u for your replies mga kabayan. Yes, I will inform you whenever I find a Sig P220 in the Philippines by creating a new thread for it.

I just wish that gunstores in the Philippines will import Glock pistols in .357 Auto. This ammo is the nearest equivalent of the .357 Magnum, which experts believe has the best stopping power against human ( specially the 125 grain .357 magnum, which has a 97 percent one shot-stop ).

    Again, many thanks guys.

stopping power? .45 pa rin bro!
sa nabasa ko sa mga guns magazine, yung .357sig ata ang equivalent niya ay yung .38 super.

yung 9mm, .357sig, .38 super i guess more on penetration not stopping power. tao lang nag kakamali rin bro.:)

Cant remember if there was a Sig P220 in the display of Shooters Arms during the last gun show. There were P226, P228 and P225 in their display.

A friend of mine has a Glock 31. He crimps .40 cal shells for his practice reloads. Don't know where he gets his factory loads though.

According to his chrono tests, the .357 Sig factory loads only begins to approach the velocity of the .357 magnum. .357 Magnum is still his choice if only he didn't need the extra ammo offered in the Glock's package.

What kind of swage press does he have or just a regular press? I didn't know that you can swage a 40 to 357. How does the shell looks like after shooting it? How many times can he shoot the swaged brass? I was thinking of getting the 357 but the cost of ammo turns me off. Nice to learn new things everyday.
