Shrimp lovers: try this one

    Here's a very simple but satisfying shrimp dish:

    In a large ziploc bag add:

    Unpeeled shrimp
    olive oil
    chopped garlic
    lemon pepper seasoning

    Marinate for at least several hours.

    empty contents into a shallow baking pan and put under broiler for 3 minutes (1.5 minutes on each side turning once).

    Serve with crusty bread for sopping up all that wonderful juice.

    I like a crisp Pinot Grigio along with this dish.

    It's simple...and delicious.

    Peeling the shrimp is the easiest part, deveining them is the pain. Last year I whent shrimping and got over 30lbs of shrimp. I spent a good many hours peeling & deveining shrimp and packaging., but it was good over the grill.

    as far as that Pinot Grigo, Ecco Domani is a good bottle or Bella Sera. Both goes well with shrimp foods.

    the plastic "shrimp deveiner"?
    It makes peeling easy also.
