Here's a very simple but satisfying shrimp dish: In a large ziploc bag add: Unpeeled shrimp olive oil chopped garlic lemon pepper seasoning Marinate for at least several hours. empty contents into a shallow baking pan and put under broiler for 3 minutes (1.5 minutes on each side turning once). Serve with crusty bread for sopping up all that wonderful juice. I like a crisp Pinot Grigio along with this dish. It's simple...and delicious.
