Do your homework before spending that kind of cash.
No one can realistically help you, based on this.

Most likely that's a long-barreled flat top scoped AR, probably not what you're picturing in the tacticool arena.

It is a very acurate and well made gun, but personaly i would never spend that kind of money on a AR.
If it is your first AR you can find a good ar for $7-$900 range an spend the rest on ammo and mags or what ever gadgets you want. and if you dont mind used you can find even better deals than that............

I would not pay that kind of money for a long range set-up type AR, unless you are really into varmint hunting.
Les Baer tacks on $300-400 for their name alone. You would be better off with a DPMS with a decent scope. Plus it will probably come in a cardboard box! :alex:

Sorry, if I came across like an ***. But, really, we don't know what your experience/familiarity with the AR is, or what it is that you want to do with the AR, because there are just so many makes and models out there, it can drive one crazy, if they don't know what they want or look for. But, personally, I agree with what parstman said.

It would have to have an expensive scope to be worth it to me.
