I'm looking for a basic shot timer suitable for personal practice for GSSF / IDPA. Anyone have a spare sitting around just begging to be used?

    Thanks.

Now come on people. How am I supposed to improve my GSSF performance without a timer?

I've decided there's a conspiracy to keep me timerless. Anyone want to buck the conspiracy and give me a lead on a timer?

I got my "Club Timer II" directly from PACT. I think I paid $120.

    No, it's not for sale . . . ;P

Just looked it up in "American Handgunner" . . . they are $130 now, delivered. Their number is 1-800-PACT-INC.

It works great, but is a tad sensitive (it picks up certerfire shots from at least 20 yards away). I may have to put a paster over the mic opening. Anyway, I reccommend it.

    See you at Marietta GSSF?

Yes, I'll definitely be at Marietta. And probably at Lexington in November. Sunday morning on both.

Thanks to a nice GT'er, I have a line on a used shot timer from his club at a good price. I can spend the savings on a lot of practice ammo. :)

    Sorry: The Devil made me do it. ;a ;a ;c ;c ;a ;a

Any way I am glad you got a good deal on a timer, they are very helpfull in the training process. Good luck at Marietta. I wont make it there this year but I do plan on Lexington again, great match.

No, but it is a "vast" conspiracy.
