Went to the range and shot my G26 I purchased under the LE/Military program. I had one failure to eject on the first shot. I said oh crap, a lemon. I ejected that empty case and finished off the mag. Other than that, no other malfunctions. I shot about 150 rounds threw the gun, half Independence ammo and the other Winchester white box. I didn't do to bad, kept them all in about a group size just bigger than my fist at 20 yards. It's been about 6 months since I shot because I work in the sandbox and I'm home for a visit.

I'll be putting about another 150 or so rounds of target ammo then about 100 rounds of my Corbon or Federal carry ammo.

    I'm glad with my purchase.

I have your gun, i've had 3xfailure to extract. (2 stovepipe and one where the extractor did not catch the rim). Also one failure to fire (even when struck by the firing pin twice) so that was the ammo, for sure. All of these failures happened with one ammo type, fiocci.
Every other ammo else functions fine, including a half box of independence brand that sat around in my garage for 13 years.

I'm almost sure that the first round was a limpwristing.
Congrats the G26 is my personal favorite.

I had a G26 that simply refused to fire Blazer aluminum. Everything else was fine, just not the Blazer. That was fine with me as I"m not a Blazer fan. Good ammo though for those that like it.

Only FTE was limp wristing one handed weak hand. No other failures of any kind in almost 1500 rounds or so.

Next time I go I think I'll try to induce failures by limp wristing, shooting at weird angles, etc.
