Very nice shot placement. I think I seen the same type of targets in my doctors exam room. LOL. By the way, what is the season to look right and left after the shot engagement? Again, good shooting....

It's called scanning. If your in a deadly force encounter and have to shoot a suspect, you want to scan the area around you to make sure there are no other threats or suspects like a friend or family member who may want to harm you.

Very nice! That's what defensive pistol shooting is all about! And you showed how it's done brilliantly! :wavey:

    Mamaluke,

Excellent shooting sir. You got better since 08, based on looking at the two videos.

May I send you a PM?

Just when did they stop teaching this method of combat pistol shooting? This all I ever learned and it saved my life. Isn't this is what a Glock Combat Pistol was designed for? I think it is and that is why I carry one.

I went to the website American Defense Enterprises as was mentioned in one of your posts. It would seem that it would be hard to transfer rifles and pistols into California for use in a class.

    Good Shooting

Good videos and great shooting.

Can you share with us what ammo you are shooting? In the videos, it appears that there is little to no recoil.

Cool. Don't know if you are a cop, but looks like the training was for a cop. Open carry, hand on the gun.

Can you do a video for normal people? Let's suppose you live in an anti-gun state. You are legal, but if a cop ever thought you had a gun, he would check your permit, then take your gun from you and drive away with it.

And let's suppose your mother-in-law is anti-gun. And if she ever thought you had a gun on you, she'd call the police.

And let's suppose you are dressed to go to your mother-in-law's house. And it is a 95 degree day, and you will be playing with nieces and nephews, running around outside. So, you are just wearing shorts and a t-shirt. And when you get there, your mother-in-law will reluctantly give you a hug.

So, you are well concealed, with no hint of printing. And then danger happens! Now draw and shoot.

Note that because of concealment restraints, your gun will likely be one of those small ones, allowing only 2 fingers on the grip (and 1 on the trigger) :)

Thanks. Johnatwi responded correctly. it's checking your world after going to the ready position following a shooting.
