I appreciate the responses. I am going to wait one more week to hear back from them before I initial contact. I am willing to see what they can/have done to fix it. Just to note, they still have the frame and I have NOT PAID anything at this point. I am supposed to pay when the work is done. I think I will propose this if they can’t rectify the issue: They pay for a new frame from Glock. Once I receive the new frame they can either knock $150 off of their service to stipple my frame right, or compensate me $100 cash for ruining my matching serial numbers frame/slide and I’ll take my business elsewhere. We all know that a lot of people (such as myself) will pay a slight premium for a FPF G19 over the used market value of a regular G19.
