Ok, I tried searching to no avail. The GLOCK website does not make any mention about any model with an SF option. Can someone clear this up for me? What is the significance of the sf vs. non sf? What models can be had with this option?

There is only one "Slimline" model, the G36, and it's not designated SF. SF is "Short Frame."

Suppose to be a miniscule difference like 3mm but in my G21sf it is remarkable in hoe it feels.

The SF Glocks are marked SF on the right side of the frame.
The Gen4 Glocks are marked MBS on the right side of the frame.
