had trouble with my new g35. Gun store repeted the same old story, weak wrist. My wrist never hurt my g23 in 3-4 years. Still the slide lock would hold open the slide 4 or 5 times per hundred rounds.
This situation tears up the IDPA scores. Talked to FRED at Glock. He asked me to stop by their factory. He found a kinked spring and fixed it in 10 - 15 minutes. The slide stop does have a stiffer feel now. Maybe he just tuned the gun for an old man. But it works now.

I call that great customer service.
