    Side question
Can you pick what finish you want on your slide?
Gen 5 gen 4 or like the 19x?

Nope. Gen 5 gets a Gen 5 finish. 19X gets the 19X finish. Anything else gets the nitride finish.

May not be cheaper, but you know you are getting Glock OEM parts. You never know on EBAY

I wonder if I send my 19.3 slide in they will refinish it with the frying pan finish (like it currently is) or will they put the new NDLC finish on there

Heck I didn’t think about the stripped slide for sights issue, mine was stripped for the refinish by me and came back refinished with the current type finish, with new parts installed.
All I can say is “Thanks Glock!

As I mentioned previously, you get the nitride finish currently used on pistols. Not nDLC, not nPVD, etc. Just nitride.

Funny the used well worn G-23 gen 2 slide I sent had the frying pan finish, like the Sniper said it came back refinished in a dull nitride.
