That's just it....I thought I wanted the G36 until I started reading all the negative feedback about it:crying: Now I don't know what I want. Maybe I'll just sell the G30 and get another AK - can't go wrong with the AK!!!

    I just wanted a slim .45 for when the G27 isn't enough.:dunno:

just Get the G36, its on my waist right now....

I was looking for something a bit smaller than a G19/23, but a step up from my Keltec Pf-9... which is a great CC imo.

Went to the the range, shot the G27 and the G36, I was faster on target with the 36 and more accurate. Not to mention its thinner, and a 45.....:dunno: come on man...
Its what you want. get it. Mine is on me every single day, its bad *****. No problems whatsoever....... other than going to shoot it more often.:tongueout:

its more accurate (in my hands), than my G19....

BTW, I sold My AK-47, to fund my DPMS AR-10, gotta try new things man, you might like it......

    Ignore my user name.

Keep the G30 and never look back. Or get the G36, but keep the G30.

    It is the better pistol.

Fixed it for ya bro! I had a G30,G30SF and a G36. The G36 concealed way easier than the others. It was thin and light weight. Though I have heard some that conceal a G21 confortably :dunno:

    I have the 30 and the 36.

At this moment, I am carrying the slim 36.

I think both are great guns, but as of this moment, my 30 is the ONLY Glock that has ever given me any problem with feeding and ejecting.

if you have a G30, you should just go ahead and trade it for the G29.

same size, same weight but in a superior caliber.

of course if your hand isnt big enough to handle the G30/29 then the G36 could be a nice option.

I know I am in the minority here, but, I sold my 30 and kept my 2- 36s. I was just never able to bond with the 30, and never regretted selling it. I replaced the 30 with a Ruger P345.....that gun is a keeper!

I've actually always wanted a Ruger P-series .45 but never took the plundge!:dunno:

I am keeping my 30 for now, but we'll see what happens in the future. If someone comes out with something I just can't resist....well.....:whistling:

Keep the G30 . The grip on a compact 1911 is different than g36 and will not feel the same. Buy what fits your hand the best and save up for the 3 or 4 inch 1911. Being a inpatient buyer can bite you in the azz sometimes.

I sold my 36 and carry the 30 most of the time. A good belt & holster and the G-30 carries well. It's not a great IWB gun. Wasn't intended for that...
    I've got a G-26 & G-27 for IWB carry.
For me: The G-36 won't carry better on a belt than the G-30, it don't carry better IWB than the G-26 or 27.
The G-36 was 'Odd Man Out' and traded away.
If I want to carry something that holds less rounds, I can carry a 1911...

Don't get me wrong, I love my 30, but I just can't carry it comfortably....even with my MTAC holster:dunno:

It's a great gun, I just wish it was thinner and smaller:wavey:
