Self defense with a flashlight

    Glad you liked the information. I like flashlights. And that's an understatement :jumpingjacks:

    I particularly like LED flashlights with a good driver that provides multiple options including strobe, beacon and SOS (from an emergency preparedness perspective). From a self defense perspective it makes sense to have a good light with either turbo or more preferably, strobe in your hand has you're walking to the car or other situations. Threat presents itself you hit the strobe towards their eyes and then take the appropriate action, be that escape, evade or pre-emptively strike or use another tool such as a kubaton or firearm as appropriate.

    Good stuff (always kept a 3D Maglite in my car for emergencies), but I can't help but think of Jonah Hill and Ben Stiller in Night At The Museum 2:
