I'm fairly new to the Glock world. I almost bid on a G19M product number PM1950333 that is said to be a Lipseys model but not stated in the ad.
A PM195F30A is said to have the nDLC coated internals.
Up to the last week or so, I didn't even know of a 19M.
    I'm confused on these models!
I'm assuming the nDLC coated model is better, is it?

Now the seller says it's a Davidson's gun, not a Lipseys.
    I'm even more confused. LOL

Those are wholesalers. They get special runs of semi custom guns from the mfrs.

Glock doesn't make all G19M's or just the nDLC coated ones? Do these companies make a G19M from Glock parts?

Just buy a standard G19, its all you need. Why pay extra money for something that wont do a damn thing different from the standard G19. Unless you`re all about the bling bling, spend the $$$

True but with three 9mm's, I like having something kind of special but it's too confusing for me.

    Do a web search

Gordo-L seems like he might be a nice guy, but comes across as a 'leading expert' on 'M' guns.
There are other longer term member's, [Glockhoarder, 58sniper, mrmeseeks ] who are VERY knowledgeable and have plenty of insight.
It is a [somewhat] restricted firearm so information isn't always the easiest to come by

Essentially an FBI request gun built by Glock, in late 2015-2016. A forerunner to the Gen 5 guns.

Almost everything you want to know is available [here and on line] if you look for it.

Not sure if this will help you any. Seems one of very few sources i`ve seen for some glock info.
I`m not responsible for there info or facts, just throwing it in here for others to see.

From other posts on this site by people who have bought these pseudo 19M's, they are almost the same as the FBI issue but seem to sometimes differ in a few minor ways, usually the sights which are supposed to be Amerigo Agent night sights. The 19M's major "selling points" seems to be the black coated trigger group components, extended slide stop(s), rounded mag release, non bevel match frame nose (not matching the bevel on the slide) and half moon cutout on the lower front grip. The last 2 items were roundly derided by people on the early Gen5's but all of a sudden are awesome as hell if there is an M on the slide. Also another major selling point that is highly desired by the "M" collectors is the higher price these distributors usually charge for the M.

Today it may be pretty hard to find an M unless you happen to get lucky. Pretty much any Glock 9mm is sold out and shipments of any Glock seems to be erratic at best.

Here's a link to the "Davidson's" aka GalleryofGuns webpage for one of the G19M models referenced in the OP.

I get confused, too, when it comes to nDLC finishes; what's has nDLC; what might nDLC do for me; and if it's individual internal parts, why aren't these parts available to buy.

    Here's a GT Distributors' webpage for a G19M:
    https://www.gtdist.com/glock-19m-9mm-fbi-spec-pistol.html

I can no longer find a G19M webpage on the Lipseys.com website.

"Leading Expert"? No, but I consider myself pretty knowledgeable thanks to some info from the "inside", not to mention a lot of research on my own. There is a ton of info out there if people actually bother to look for it, but with forums and Facebook groups, the norm is expecting to be spoon fed. That's the case, even with lots of posts and threads already on the subject matter. Guess that's the way of the world now: why dig in to it on your own when you can expect everyone else to do it for you.

The half moon cutout would be a deal breaker for me.
