When I got mine via snail mail it took a year or more, but that was a few years ago.

I had heard the electronic filing is a fraction of that. Interested in finding out too.

One of the guys at my club received his form 1 (e-file) back in about a month. His was for a silencer build.

E file is about 8 months right now especially with everybody trying to get theirs in before the election

Yeah I’ll wait then it’a not a rush I have to many I don’t shoot I mostly just run my suppressed 10.5” unless I’m shooting long range then it’s bolt action. Maybe I’ll just run some of those aow pistol braces

Um, I just did a few Form 1s (efile) in the past month, and it took less than four weeks for them to get processed, including an SBR.

Unless you get picked for some random extra FBI check, seems to be 3-4 weeks for most people.

Recently it was about a month for a lower and near a year for a factory Knight’s sbr and/or suppressor. It may be backed up a bit more now with the mad rush to beat the insane rush after the election if the headline is scary.

Yep. Trust, one responsible person. I'm waiting on a CMMG Banshee lower. As soon as my FFL gets it, or CMMG tells me the serial number, I'll file the eform 1 before I go pick it up.

This. Most E-files are getting back ~4-5 weeks.
