    Hey all.
I just saw in an email about current “deals” I get that they had a compact styled pistol with polymer frame. It was a Sarsilmaz. The only thing I know about them is that I almost bought one of their hi cap 45acp pistols. That was a while ago though.

I went to check out this CCW pistol and I think it was a B6c. They also have quite a few others for just about every taste.

The pistol I was looking at was on sale for around $270 or so. That’s what caught my attention.

I’d like to get some opinions on these pistols, especially the lightweight pistols meant for CCW. Anyone own one? Shot one? Any info you want to share about it would be appreciated.....especially if the info is about that compact 9mm the B6c.

    thanks all. larry

Good guns and they are based off of the CZ style pistols. This is very much like an IWI polymer Jericho pistol.

I've got my eye on a Combat Master 9mm. They have a fantastic employee/dealer pricing program.

Most the Turkish Guns are pretty decent.

They make good, cheap, but slightly ugly guns.

Yes they are mostly clones off of another proven design (CZ mainly), but mechanically, of the few I have had, they are nicely made at a cheap (affordable) price.

Want a CZ clone at a cheaper price? This is it.

    Should've made a full-size model in 10mm AUTO.

It would've likely shamed Tanfoglio's 10mm Witness line, at least the base model.

I think the Tisas look better:

    https://www.sportsmansoutdoorsupers...tsman/semi-auto-handguns/brand/TISAS/of3/9-MM

Don't know much about either brand, but I think someone was discussing them positively here recently.

You've probably done some research into choosing this, so not knocking your choice. I'm going only by looks and similar cost. Might also research if holsters are available for either if you're getting for CC.

EDIT: Sorry, just noticed the smallest of the 3 Tisas on that site is larger than the B6C, so maybe not a good choice for CC.

Sarz get good reviews. I have the K2-45 which is decent. I go over to the CZ forum a lot and they have a section for CZ clones. Again, they always get good reviews but check over at the CZ forum for some more insight.

Their B6 Hawk 9mm is a great gun. Nice trigger, good sights.
They have re named this pistol, and I’m not sure if they import it anymore.
    One of my favorite 9mm.

The SAR guns are decent but one of the problems with the Turkish imports like SAR, Canik, Tisas, Girsan is that the US distributors are second tier companies. And who distributes them keeps changing. For a long time the SARs were imported by EAA, then TR Imports and now SAR USA. And the model names change. The B6c you mentioned used to be called the B6P Compact when sold by EAA.

Nice pistol but I never understood why the safety is reversed. Down for safe instead of up like all the other CZ-75 style pistols. The Hawk was later sold as the Mega and now SAR USA calls it the 2000.

    - Capacidade 12
    - Comprimento do barril 4.5 "
    - Comprimento total de 7,8 "
    - Altura total de 5,8 "
    - Largura total 1.2 "
    - Peso 31 oz

Parabéns e sucesso com essa fantástica .45!

SAR K2 45 for me. It is a very nice gun for a very reasonable price.

I do not have one but I like the SAR P8S, another CZ75 variation.

had a SAR 9, not bad for 400 bucks. The trigger was a bit gritty, but it worked fine. Glock-type upper and VP9-type lower. Wound up upgrading to a CZ. sarr.jpg

I've owned a B6P. It was a pretty good gun, considering I got it for $230 new. Double action is ok, single action was good (felt sort of like an H&K USP trigger). It was reliable and decently accurate. Only gripe I had was that the rear sight was extremely stuck in the dovetail. Broke a pusher trying to move it.
