Yes, my toto OWB set up. The Allen wrench is to tighten the screws if needed, your system handles various belt attachment systems, a paddle system, etc,etc. I use the slim paddle on all three of mine.
G22/23/27.
There customer service is great.

Mine do not rattle at all.
