So to start off I could not, for the life of me, find reviews that this holster worked with the 19x or any gen 5's. Safariland and holster ops adamently said it would not work at all, and make you agree that you acknowledge that and that they will not accept returns of that nature. But I took a whim of a chance to try it out and what do you know, works like a charm. One of my most expensive holster but dam it feels good, excellent retention and has a nice draw with a natural release mechanism has maybe a 1/16" wiggle not even hardly mentionable.

The safariland 6354do 100% works with the 19x w/ tlr1hl. I am sending it off to have an rmr placed and I will be expecting to have to modify the holster afterwards as I want the rmr infront if my rear sight.

I'm currently running an aws belt with kwyi triple gap pistol mag pouch and have a dual 7.62 on the way. So far this belt works great, I've worn it all day with no complaint if soreness or having it sag down.

hasson1911 - Very nice setup. I have used a couple of the Safariland 6354DO and it is an excellent holster. I modified one to work with a G19.3 that had an ATOM adaptor and an Aimpoint T1. The suppressor sights were in the front of optic configuration and I had to remove and modify the locking block to clear the front sight. Also I found the Safariland drop holster adaptor tended to move around on the 1.5” Wilderness underbelt. Once I get the correct location on the belt, I use two thin flex ties to lock it to the belt to avoid shifting. The G19.3T1X300 worked great, but I ended up selling it for another project. I will eventually build a Roland Special based on a G19.5 and RMR. Congrats on the 19X!!!:flag:

Safariland was absolutely no help when I bought the 557 for my 19X. It fits both my, gen3 19 and the 19X with a Olight PL2 Valkyrie light. I don't understand why they are so difficult to deal with. I like most of there gear carried their stuff fo years on duty. I found another Holster maker to deal with that care about their customers. BRholsters A1 in customer service.

The first two pics were from another member on another forum. They show the amount trimmed to clear the rear sight in forward position. The third pic is the second 6354 that I modified to fit the G19 with Aimpoint T1. :flag:

Try a ALS Nub Mod by Oregon Trail Defense. It will greatly speed up your draw.

What glock model did you order from Safariland that worked for your 19x? The Gen4 19 with tell-1hl and rmr sight? Thanks. My exact setup too!
