I was in formed of a safety recall on the Smith and Wesson EZ . Something about the sear can slip and cause more than one round to fire.

Thanks for the heads up, but somebody has already posted about it. Important news well deserving of two post though. Maybe the mods can make a sticky about it to keep it at the top of the page. I gotta' let my oldest brother know as ha bought one a few months ago.

I have three 45 shields gen 2 and one 9mm shield gen 1. Glad they are fine. I have had no issues and since the gun is for defense I test guns a while before carrying them
