Hey all I have been interested in getting a Smith and Wesson Russian style revolver. I have not been able to find if they make them still and my local gun stores have no knowledge about them.

Does anyone still make them in a normal caliber (like 38 special, 44, or 45)?

I love the way they look and would like to add one to the collection...

    thanks

I'd like one that looks like this, only new...

If memory serves, Navy arms made some very nice repros years ago.

Awright, we have to get some terms straight here.
The OP illustrates a S&W .44 Double Action First Model. There are no repros, but originals are not too expensive.

S&W made a modern "reissue" of the Schofield variant for a short time.
Navy Arms and others bring in the Uberti reproduction in several calibers.
There is also a Uberti reproduction Old Model Russian, the one with the hook finger rest on the trigger guard.
Beretta has their own reproduction, surely made in the Uberti factory, which they own, that looks most like a No 3 New Model Target.

All of the above are single action revolvers unlike the double action model shown by the OP.

Most of the repros are available in more readily available calibers like .45 Colt, .44-40, and .38 Special. None seen in originals except for a very few .44-40s.

The original Russian model was chambered in .44 Russian which is the daddy of the .44 Special and the granddaddy of the .44 Magnum.
