How does the LCR W/ Boot Grip compare to the S&W Airwieghts with the factory Uncle Mikes Boot Grip? Does the LCR have a better grip? Is recoil more manageable? Is it still easy to carry in the pocket?

Bought a Ruger LCR with the boot grip and big dot tritium sight. This is a very accurate revolver, very comfortable to shoot. The gel insert in the grips cuts down on the thump to the web of your hand, the boot grips are cut for a speedloader and is easier to use a speedloader than my S&W J frames. I would recommend this over a J frame, I have three J frames and they are very good guns. I think the LCR is a little bit better. Size wise it is the same as a J frame with the factory boot grips.

I got the LCR 357. It has the Tamer Grip. It's a tad bigger but, makes 357 shooting no problem. It replaced my 442 as my all day every day back up pocket Gun.
