I picked up an RTF at the gun store recently. It is not rough as in H&K or Magpul MIAD grip rough.....It hurts. Those little tit's are sharp. This is a gun for gloved hand shooting only. I doubt Glock will ever get the texture right. This is what attempt? Number 4 I think?

Personally, I really like the RTF's grip. It's a vast improvement over the old one, imo.
I was looking for the 17 RTF today at show, but no one had any.

If the finish is too rough, rubbing it down should be easy. Wee block of wood with abrasive paper on it, rub, check, etc.

The next Glock design change, adjustable sized grips! They have prototypes all ready... About time, how many contracts have the lost because of not having small hands in view? For me, the Glock 19 is perfect, good for me!
But little people need good guns too!

I touched an RTF for the very first time at the Fort Worth show this weekend.
I was comfortably surprised. It makes the old rubber bike tube obsolete.
I put one on my shopping list.
