    havn't deployed it, but have been a user of the RSA secureID system for a few years now, and have never had any problem at all with it.

    The keyfobs are durable as heck too.

    I too am on the 'user' side of an RSA SecurID 'key fob'.

    our CTO is fanatical about security. we only use the RSA for our Checkpoint VPN into our hosting facility. We are NEVER to use a password, but instead just our PIN and RSA number because its more secure.

    only time we'd use the VPN password is if you are the ONLY person who can fix it and for some reason your RSA token is non-functional.
