Richmond scores are up!!!
if it's right i've done some major improving
S. Golob won Am. Subcompact, Am. Guardian and Competition which obviously gives him three A class wins in one match.
Has anyone else done that before?
I placed 11th in Am Civ and 5th in Am Sub. Best I've ever done in any GSSF match.
Nice shooting there bro.
Thanks. I didn't get your private message, my box always emails me and say it's full. It gets full with 1 or 2 messages. I don't know why it's FUBAR anyone know how to fix it? ;g
If I didn't miss that one stinkin' plate, I woulda placed tenth in the Am Civ!
Finished 23rd in Am Civ. Went from 187 seconds in Topton, PA to 99 seconds - granted the shorter distances and the paper plate option helped!
Got smoked in the Comp Div - coming in 31st.
;+ Sweet shootin' Robb! When did you find the time to practice or was it just the 17?
Looks like Team Shooters Paradise #2 will be set for Waldorf! ~2
;+ Congrats to Sniper, coming in second on the Am Guardian!
A bit disappointed I didn't get to see you, glockmom and the rascal kids trekking in the police cruiser.
Thanks Gman67 and sorry we missed you, Not sure who that guy is but to win three cats, all times in the 50s makes me think he is just more than an avg, shooter ???? but then again you never no ;Q
Your in box keeps a copy of all the messages you send in the sent folder. Make sure that you delete the messages in that folder and the ones in the message tracking folder and see if that helps.
I had 1 message in the sent mail. Oh well I think I just have the 'Timmah' of private message boxes so I'm going to just disable that feature.
BIG Congrats going out to fellow teammate, Grady Whitelaw!! After his clean sweep in Anderson, he followed it up with another clean sweep in Richmond! With OUTSTANDING scores to boot!! Great shooting, my friend!! BTW, my home 'puter is DEAD, so if anyone's tried to be in contact, don't think I've been ignoring y'all!! Hope to be up & runnin'soon (I'm writing this from work, so don't tell anyone ). Tony.
I'm always practicing . I shoot a lot of IDPA lately too. Classified as SS in SSP & CDP in March at Cavalier. Actually I'm shooting tonight at Shooters as well.
At Waldorf I'm gonna shoot Am Sub first to warmup THEN Am Civ which is what I should have done at Richmond but I wasn't thinking. ;g My first two strings on the plates were slow because I was trying to make good hits but then realized I could go a lot faster and still make good hits.
Am Civ plates
Am Sub plates
On a the other stuff I shot the G26 a little better too.
Thanks Clem for your kind words. My results are only because you and Dale were not there to bump me down. Congratulations to both of you for your wins in Mesa. Hope to see you at a match. Maybe Conyers?! Note, this is my first attempt to reply to a forum so forgive me if I mess this up. Good Shooting teammate. Grady
P.S. How do I get the Carver Avatar loaded?
You have mail.
Grady, with scores like yours, you didn't have to worry about ANYONE!! ;f Donna and I are planning to make Conyers. Hope to see you there if not before. Again, great shooting, my friend - keep it up!! I'm sure Don can help you with the avatar posting - I don't have a clue!! I've learned to let someone else do stuff I don't know anything about ;a ;a Take care & be in touch. Hopefully, I'll have a computer at home soon ;g . Tony.
Hey, Clem; you need a Dell ;f ;f ;f . As often as that thing of yours is down I would have used it for target practice already. Wait a minute: Is that why it is down now????????? ~2 ~2 ~2
I'm almost to that point, Don!! Almost . . . . . . .
Simon Golub did indeed win 3 Glocks at Richmond & it was not a fluke; Simon has just recently begun shooting competitively and he has been honing his skills by shooting USPSA with us in Virginia at Shooters Paradise (www.shootersparadise.com) using a Sig 9mm and also at the monthly Fredericksburg match (www.vamdsection.org); Simon is very smooth, fast, & he never misses a shot. He is also a really good guy to talk with & if he shows up at Waldorf, don't hesitate to say hello. Great match Simon!
Grady, are you the Grady I met at dnner Saturday night at Topeka's Steak House. Whether you are the same Grady or not, like Tony said "You don't have to worry about ANYONE!!!" Great job!
