I gather from some discussion one should use the 3.5 lb connector and the NY1 trigger spring. Is there anything else that can be done? I am not looking for a light trigger nor an extremely heavy one but something around 7 lbs somewhat similar to that of a Kahr with a relatively even pull i.e. get takeup weight close to break weight.

What would happen with the NY2 spring?

Any special preference for a 3.5 connector i.e. stock or aftermarket?

This will be done on a Glock 19.

3.5lb. and NY1 is the usualy formula. I tried this in Glock 17 recently - heavy pretravel and mushy break doesn't feel like any revolver I've shot, but it may depend on your shooting technique whether this is a really bad idea or not.

I've seen a few people who could not keep their fingers out of the trigger guard - might be good for them, but training would be better.
