Not a lot of action, let's see if we can help...
Done, we're leading 3 to 1
I heard on the radio this evening that restaurant carry finally passed, but I can't find out anything about it online. ??
It passed the Senate, and has been sent to the House. The House can accept it the way it was passed in the Senate, (if so, it goes to the Gov. to sign) or they can ask for changes to be made.
You can follow all the gun bills in VA. here...

The Restaurant Carry bill is SB334.
If you sign up for the VCDL alerts, you stay completely up to date on all this stuff. He used to send out too many alerts, but now they're only sent when there's actually news.
You can follow the bill blow-by-blow as it moves through the legislative maze at:

Bet you a cold adult beverage it passes!
I thought former Gov. Kaine vetoed it twice after passing in Congress. The current Governor will sign it. Like he promised.
