Yup, better fall back on that "gun show loophole".................then she will have her story.

She should have bought it from a dealer at a gun show. Because everyone knows there are no background checks at gun shows.

Thing is a real reporter could find her story. I have always said. In any large city, a person with cash should be able to get a gun "off the streets" in two days. ( Or ripped off, killed if you try to rush it)
Back in the 80's I had a dealer offer a cheap gun ( thrown in, no FFL) with a defensive gun "so if you shoot someone, and they didn't have a gun you could plant this" type comment.
I was with the Police Chief. I TRIED to get him involved. ( Without saying anything) but he wanted no part of it. ;(
I thought it would be interesting if he showed his badge asked " just what are you suggesting"..,
They get tossed if caught doing that.

I like this article. It shows the leftists as idiots that know nothing about firearms and the difficulties involved with obtaining them.

Next I hope someone attempts to purchase one “online” and see how easy it is. We think it’s simple, I’m pretty sure the leftists will be stymied.

"I had invested several hours across two days on this. If I were actually in the market for a rifle, I would have gone to a local gun shop instead after about five minutes of trying to figure out which Walmart stores sold guns."

And still would had the same result. No gun.

How amateur of her. Everyone knows you have to go to the gun show to take advantage of the "loophole"!

The best quote I heard last week was from an opinionated citizen who claimed that “you can get an AK47 as easy as buying candy.” Obviously, another well informed Liberal.

PS - In gazing at the reporter’s image - that serious expression; the dark eye circles; the tight grimace; the furrowed brow - I detect another case of TDS!

They absolutely would get stymied the moment the online retailer refuses to ship the firearm to anywhere but a licensed FFL and issues a refund. That is assuming it is a website that doesn't require the FFL information to be provided during the purchase, in which case the sale wouldn't even complete.

Funny thing is how any of this is being considered newsworthy. The title should read "Reporter tries to buy firearm from FFL without meeting all of the requirements and proves there is no loophole."

Probably so, but you know......I did see a bit of honesty in her reporting the truth about her attempts to buy a gun. Most would have tied this into the left agenda in some way, or another. I doubt if the MSM will pick up on the story.

She just tripped up.......never going to get a job with the MSM now! :alex:

I'm surprised the reporter didn't just try to "buy a gun online" in the first place. Why drive all the way down to some Walmart and have to bother with parking?

Maybe the reporter already knew you can't just "buy a gun online" and have it shipped to you, but thought you could just walk into some store and buy one easier than a book or a computer ... :animlol:

Easier to "buy" a gun in a video game, no doubt.

If she was a proper person and had the correct information on her Identification she would have got the gun. Who is she hiding from, can't she be bothered to do what everyone else does and have her current address on her license. Just another flake reporter

She should have went to the part of town where you can buy anything for the right price, then she would have had a story. She could have took a survey of how many in that neighborhood would turn in their firearms when the Gov't calls for them to be handed over. Maybe she would get the point of the fallacy of gun control.
