What's involved in installing a new front sight on one of the Kahr "C" pistols that uses dual crimps instead of a dovetail? On a Glock, you'd screw it on, but that doesn't look like it would work on a Kahr.

I'm thinking about putting Dawson sights on a CT9.

I did a little research on my own.

Dawson provides a staking tool that looks like a punch with an offset, rounded spike on the end. You put the new sight in the slide, flip the whole slide assembly upside down, and tap the bottom of the sight posts to expand them.

Another manufacturer (Trijicon?) uses a single screw in the rear sight post to secure the sight.
