Can I carefully remove Mepro night sights from my G17 and reinstall them on my G26 or will something be lost in the transaction.

is it possible to remove the stock clock sights with out a rear sight tool and install a ghost ring. If so what is the best procedure.

You can do it with a hammer and a brass drift or wooden dowel if you wish (to both remove and replace). If you have a rubber jawed vice, great. If not, use a towel to avoid scratching the slide during the process. Take your time when using this method, also I like to add one drop of oil in the dovetail when installing the new rear to help facilitate a smoother install. Preferred method is a sight tool but it can certainly be done without.
