I was going to join GSSF next year, but Uncle Sam decided to send me on a little vacation for six months next year. The timing means I'll miss most of the matches within driving distance. So I saw Krag's thread on the Statesville match, and though what the heck, no time like the present.

Anyway can I join GSSF at the match and can I register there, or do I have to do so in advance? I'd hate to pre-register and then have Uncle Sam change my mind for me.

Nevermind, I see my question was answered in another thread. ;P

Yep, you sure can. The only draw back is the registration for the 1st catageory will cost you $35 instead of $25. This is because if you pre register the score sheets are already preprinted on the GSSF computer and ready for you at the check in counter. Don't let this stop you if you can make it come on out. You will have a great time.
