I'm going camping with some friends this weekend at Red River Gorge which is in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. A federal website I found http://www.fs.fed.us/r8/boone/law/rules.shtml#fireworks contains a section on fireworks/firearms regulations, which only mentions that: "Firing a gun is not allowed: (1) in or within 150 yards of a residence, building, campsite, developed recreation site, or occupied area; (2) across or on a road or body of water; or (3) in any circumstance whereby any person may be injured or property damaged." I am assuming this means that taking my G19 with me this weekend is legal. If anyone knows this to be true, or untrue, please let me know. Thanks.
