I have a beltman and like it, next time I am gonna order one with a stiffiner in it though. Anyway people like the "tactical" belts alot (5.11, wilderness) and I also have a Blackhawk lizard looking belt which is really stiff.

Mitch Rosen About $70 for their Express Line. I've had a couple for over ten years that I wear regularly and a newer one (two years old) that I use for dress.

For a nice comfortable EDC belt I like the 5.11. For dressing up I Have a Kramer horsehide.

I think Bianchi makes a good carry belt.
Simply Rugged does too I think. I really like their holsters.

For reasonable price, great quality and fantastic turn times, you can't beat Al at AG Gunleather.

    I have three reinforced belts.
Far and away my Galco SB1 is the best.
A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

These 1.5" velcro belts work for me for daily IWB carry. They do not have stiffener layers but they do fine with a light IWB carry and at these prices I can keep a nice one and a beater as well as replace them regularly. http://www.leonuniform.com/Bay-4021Belt.htm

Leon has a lot of Tactical and LEO supplies - duty belts as well. Check out the site. They are great to have in the city and hem sleeves and cuffs while you wait on all purchases.

I've never purchased an expensive belt. I look at belts @ WalMart, or wherever, and choose a belt of appropriate width (1 1/4" - 1 1/2") that is stiff enough that I cannot easily bend it (pinch it) between my fingers. I have not had trouble finding a good belt for a reasonable price.
I don't knock good commercial stuff, as I have no problem paying $150 for a good holster.

I've been wearing the Bianchi gun belts for many, many years. Never had a problem.

For a dress / everyday belt that does not "scream" I AM CARRYING A HANDGUN, I have used an AKER belt, brown or black. They are also reinforced with a polymer lining that helps keep the holster positioned well and does not allow it to flop.

I also use a 5.11 belt when carrying my kydex SWINK holster. It works very well as it is a little thinner belt but still holds the holster tight.

The only way to carry all day long in comfort is with a good quality duty belt guys!!! I use a Bianchi 2.25in with 5 belt stays snapped to my under belt.. I got so use to it OTJ that I still do it as a civilian, you just gotta pick your over wear shirts out for the concealment part.. Flanel shirts in winter,, Jimmey Buffet shirts in the summer!!! With folks carrying 2 cel phones and God knows what else on their belts today a little printing here and there means nothing!! Your spare mag holders and lites all can be in the mix here also with duty belt carry..

If you like a western style belt, Triple K makes some nice 1 1/2" belts -- plain, tooled or with a lazy stitch -- in a few colors that have worked very well for me. They last pretty well, too.
