Our office needs something that under 20 people can access on the go. So far, a calendar and the ability to download .pdfs of some blank contracts are the only requirements. If you've set up something like this before - what kinds of pros / cons did you come across? Maybe there's some great thing I'm not considering yet. Anyone know of anything that does this? I'm somewhat familiar with Mobile Me but it looks like everyone would have to pay $99/year. Thanks!
