Our office needs something that under 20 people can access on the go. So far, a calendar and the ability to download .pdfs of some blank contracts are the only requirements. If you've set up something like this before - what kinds of pros / cons did you come across? Maybe there's some great thing I'm not considering yet.

Anyone know of anything that does this? I'm somewhat familiar with Mobile Me but it looks like everyone would have to pay $99/year.

    Thanks!

    I agree.

My wife and I started using Google Calendar when we got our Android phones. The ability to have multiple calendars (view one, several, or all at once), and share specific calendars between us... invaluable.

i like the ability to have it synch up with my outlook calendar at work. and with google docs, you have the ability to set edit/view permissions for your files. and of course the free and great part are big pluses.
