Had traded this one off to Dave over at DRC Firearms awile back, but ended up buying it back. While he had it he swapped out the silver 3 hole trigger for a Harrison short black solid. She's on her way back home now.

Here she is with the original trigger that I had ordered when I originally bought it. He sent the 3 holer back with it just in case...:)

Nice, it's good to be able to get a gun back that you liked. I did that with a S&W M-13 that I had. I had it but traded it off for some other whim I was on but a couple years later I saw that the guy still had it and bought it back. That gun shot like a house a fire. Wish I'd not gotten rid of it the second time. Live and learn I guess. Just glad you can bring your baby back home to where it belongs. Congrats.

Thanks guys. I really hated to part with it, but the trade was too good to pass up. I knew that Dave wasn't planning on keeping it forever and I told him that I wanted first dibs, should he decide to sell it later. It is really one of my favorite 1911's that I've ever owned. It carry's like a dream and shoots lights out and is ridiculously accurate. Plus, it looks pretty damn cool too IMO.

No. Dave was waiting on a .38 Super ULCc to be built and while he was waiting on it wanted to CC a ULCc in .45, so we traded.
