    i think romney should win the popular vote, maybe even comfortably, but the electoral college will be a nail biter.

    No. The Rasmussen poll is a 3-day moving average. So you won't see the full effect of the last debate for two more days.

    I'd bet most on the winning side will support it, some on the losing side won't. Barring a Ron Paul stealth elector takeover that is.
