I'm looking for a stand that I can place ammo and a bag on while at the range since there are no tables. The closest thing I saw was a dinner tray. Any ideas?

    Plastic milk crate

Flip it over and you can set your bag on it.
It can double duty as a container as well.

I use a folding table similar to this one. I bought it Walmart or Kmart for around $40 or $50, as I recall. It's been a while.

I drag along a Black and Decker Work-Mate folding table/vise deal when I go to the gravel pit. Pretty sturdy deal, and I've even made a 3/4" plywood shooting bench top for it that I can clamp into it for sighting in scopes or other bench rest stuff. Yeah, it's ain't the greatest, but it's handy.

Director's chair and a piece of plywood with cleats under it to go across the arms. The arms are higher than any folding table top I have seen and they are sturdy enough to hold up a director. Plus you can sit your bag on the ground and have a chair if you need it.

Some good ideas here. I like that coleman but it has bad reviews, but the milk crate is pretty darn cheap.

Just found this, and it has great reviews. 30" X 20" Only $32.
