I shot with some CTU operators yesterday. My third time to shoot with them. I thought I knew how to shoot until one of them showed me his technique. He let me shoot several rounds my own way then taught me the CTU way. It was a humbling experience.
As for the Wolf small pistol primers, I shot 20 rounds in rapid fire through a new Storm Lake barrel. No glitches and accuracy was within my standards at 7 yards.

Try to wrap your hands tight around the grip. Support thumb pressing hard against the frame while strong thumb pressing down. Stretch out as far as you can then use support hand to pull strong hand inward during this time your elbows should be pushing out leveling with the ground. Your front sight should be very visible so much that you can see any speck of dirt or lint around it. Do this dozens of times before firing off a round. It worked for me, maybe it will work for you as well. Furthermore, vary your stances. Do not be focused on one stance. Shoot with one foot on the ground, a leg or both bent, or any awkward positions because when SHTF, IPSC rules do not apply.

Not allowed to show faces, no videos, no recording instruments etc. Almost like "24" but we use real bullets, full rig, no markings, no haircuts. We only shoot when ranges are closed to public. Vehicles do not even have the "Exempt" tags.

Mejo matagal ko na di nabisita benos forums pero sa libro, benos doesnt push on anything
He doesnt want the support thumb to touch the frame and yung stronghand thumb nakapatong lang sa support hand
No push pulling forces , naka "float " yung baril sa harap ng shooter
Para pag recoil , babalik sa dating lugar yung FS
Pero 10 years ago ko pa nabasa yun hehe baka na ulyanin lang ako
