On sunday, I turned 18. On tuesday, received a new glock 26 gen 4 as a gift. Went today(thursday) to go shoot at the sebastian public range. shot 400 rounds without any FTE or FTF. I did have between 6 and 10 hit me in the forehead. One of them got stuck on top of my glasses and left a nice little burn mark on my forehead. Hopefully later on that problem will go away. But other than that, it shot great!

Congrats. Try maintaining a firm grip on it and hopefully you won't get nailed by brass. The 26 is my favorite Glock.

Check the ejector, if it is the 336 get the new 30274. (Housing part number is 30275 I think)
Mine gave me a little trouble until I got the new part.

That's exactly why I wear a hat. The hat and brim protect me from that. I have a g36 and a g21sf, the g36 has kicked a few back at me, but the hat saves the day...

Congrats on the G26. Now all you need is a 17 or 19 to go with it. Glocks like to hang out in pairs.

The ejector is the metal pin in that the case strikes as it is extracted. Take the slide off and look at the frame, the pin sticking out over the magwell is the ejector. If it has the number 336 stamped on it (side) then try the new housing with the new ejector in it.
