Range report: G36 vs G43

Rented a Glock 43 to compare to my G36. The 36 has fed everything I've tried. Both were totally reliable, including one handed and weak hand shooting. The G43 made smaller groups.
They both recoil about the same with standard ammo. 45 ACP 230 grain have noticeably more recoil than a 185. The 43 is a lot slimmer than the 36. Might buy a 43 for summer carry.

The early 43's did not have the best trigger, for sure. Glock came out with a new connector which cures the problem. I had mine replaced and now the trigger on my 43 is as good as any of my other Glocks, and maybe better than most of them. I added a set of Trijicon HD sights and it is now a great shooter.
