My friend bought a TCP yesterday for $300. We went out shooting today and I was very impressed. First off for the haters, this gun is made in the USA. I only had the opportunity to shoot 12 rounds out of the gun because my friend only had a 50 round box of junk ammo and 20 Speer Gold Dots, so I will give me abbreviated impressions. This little gun has an excellent trigger for a budget minded pocket 380. The pull is smooth and the reset, however a little long, does offer quick follow up shots. The gun is comfortable to shoot, no pinch points that I could find. I found it to be accurate as well at the 10 yard distance I was shooting. With slow controlled fire I placed 6 shots into the area of the average sized cellular phone. The sights are very low profile and would be of no use in dim lighting, though you can line up a shot in the daylight. The slide does hold open on the last round, something the LCP does not offer, much to my chagrin. Two magazines were also included with the gun, which should be standard in my opinion. Ruger doesn't seem to feel the same way. There were no failures in the seventy rounds fired. 50 of which were sellier and bellot and 20 Speer Gold Dot. Maybe if I can get a good price on my LCP I'll pick up a Taurus TCP!
