Hi, everyone I am a new owner of a Glock and I have an important question. According to Michigan law if you do not have a CCRW permit to carry your hand gun during hunting season your gun and magazine can only hold 9 rounds total and must be exposed in a holster. My question is their something that I can buy after market to plug one of my magazines to 8 rounds and still be legal? Is this the way that Michigan can force gun users to obtain a CCRW permit in order to have your hand gun in the woods with you? I have called gun dealers in Michigan and they say that they can not help me. I call one store and they tell me to cut a block of wood and add that to the magazine to restrict rounds. My final store said their might be something they can buy after market that would work to plug one of my magazines. I hope someone out their can answer my question.

    Sincerely,
    Barry

Put 2 snap caps or 2 shot pieces of brass in the mag first.

You can mag your own mag block from 3/8 inch wood dowel.
