question for fishers

    has anyone ever heard of or done this for bait. i was told to spray worms or what ever bait u use with wd40. this is a cat fish and carp thing was wondering if this works any help is appreciated.

    Reminds me of the city boy down the road who went to the co-op to talk with some of the local yokels about his potatos and how proud he was of his potato vines. They somehow convinced him that he had to mow the vines in order for the tubers to form... I stopped him when he came over to ask me what I mowed my potatos with....

    I believe WD40 is made from some type of fish oil, so makes sense, I guess. I have seen guys catch bass with hot dogs, corn, and pizza. My 3 year old was fishing with just a pine cone tied to his line, and a 4 pound smallmouth hit the pine cone and nearly pulled my son out of the boat.
