Does anyone know if the magazine block that Olympic Arms used on their Glock-compatible AR-15s is available by itself? If so, can it be installed in a RRA 9mm lower? I'm just curious, as I like RRA, but I might be interested in using all of my Glock 9mm stick magazines instead of getting seperate mags.

So far, searching here and on the net produced nothing, so any insight is appreciated.

    Thanks,

The current production Glock mag model lower is specifically built to fit the mags. No block....

And if it's the same receiver I examined awhile back, it also includes a proprietary magazine catch/release mechanism, similar to a stock AR, but milled into the receiver at a weird angle to match the insertion angle of the Glock mag.

Thanks- both interesting statements. I guess that's why I couldn't find the part sold seperately, as there isn't one. I don't want to use an Oly lower, so I guess I'll stick with the 9mm AR mags and the RRA.
