I haven't heard any such stories. Have you been listening to Dean Speir?

KB's, what KB's? You must have the Glock pistols confused with another brand. We here know nothing about KB's. Sorry.;P

Ruminating through and believing dribble over at Dean Speir's site won't win you you many friends.

If you look up the offending "case" of the G19 kBing, the shooter involved was using reloads.

Keep in mind, Glocks (in ANY caliber) are not the only guns that kB. Dean has acknowledged this fact.

Never heard it about 19s, or any 9 mm, for that matter.

Sounds like gun store commando talk to me.

I think it KB'd from the plastic Hasbro Toy Company parts they used to make it undetectable by airport scanners. ;b

Just rumors. In fact, it seems the Glock 9mm's have the lowest occurence of KB. Glocks that have KB'd have been ammo or maintenance related.

Never heard of a KB with a 9mm Glock. As long as you stick with SAAMI/CIP spec factory ammo in your G 19 you have a better chance of hitting the lotto than having a KB with the G 19...

I've only experienced one KB -- and it wasn't on my G19, it was on a friend's G26. And it wasn't really a KB in the truest sense, it was a case failure -- so it just stung a little from the powder, but did not damage the gun. Could easily have been a bad case, since it was a reload.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is I've not heard anything about G19's having KB problems. :)
