Ok, to start I made a deal with a guy from GT about two weeks ago. I sold him a firearm. I shipped the firearm on a Monday over night to his ffl after he gave me a deposit of $100. He shipped his firearm standard mail to my ffl. I got my firearm like four days after he got his and I got the lights that are part of the deal two weeks after the deal was made. I still have not to this day got the rest of my money $300. It's been two plus weeks and the deal was done on GT. I've sent emails with every slow replys...

My question is what would you do? Also he's a police officer to boot.

At best he's a crappy member to deal with. Tell him he's got a week to get you your money or you start with calling his department. He commited a crime sending a handgun regular mail by the way. I would defenitely post appropriate feedback. Who is it?

Thanks for the reply, I want to wait a few more days before I post his name. I think he has his ffl send it to my ffl, I shipped mine to his ffl. I think ffl to ffl can send whatever way they want, not sure on that one.

You think he's a police officer or is he REALLY a police officer? See his credentials? Find out where he works and talk to brass.

When I sell a handgun to someone, I ALWAYS ask for the full amount before transfering. If they don't like it, tough.
