I quoted a quote that I wanted to quote, but the quote I quoted was not the quote I wanted to quote, so if I quote a quote that I want to quote, how will I know if it is the quote I want to quote if I don't quote it? ;c ;c ;f

I will quote when I'm not sure that poster will know who I am talking to or what I am responding to.

Sometimes I quote the post because some other posts came in between and I want to make sure those reading know which post I'm talking about.

You're just going to have to live with the way people do things. It's an available option and some people love to use it.

    ;f

I don't know why people have to quote someone when they are the first person to reply to the thread.

You think having to read a quote is a problem? Think about the Admin. and Mods when someone swears or uses derogatory or vulgar language in a post and ten people come by and quote it. When we have to go in and edit the language, we have to do it ten fold. So please, just notify us of an offensive post and don't go in and quadruple our workload.

    Thanks, Eddie C.;f

I thought the language filter took care of all that **** automagically. ( ;) )
