I am here to sing the praises of the .45GAP.

I purchased a new 39 a few days ago and I've spent many rounds on the range with it. I find the pistol and cartridge combination to be very much to my liking. I also own a 29 and a 36. I find I'm a more consistent shooter with the 39. I never would have figured that.

I'd like to join up if openings still exist. If they are, I'd like number 440.

This must be an old photo used for inital comparison. One of the most notable differences between GAP and ACP is that the GAP uses a small pistol primer instead of the large type used in 45 ACPs. Furthermore the head stamp has the name 45 Glock, which was subsequently changed to 45 GAP so other gun manufacturers wouldn't balk at the idea of putting the glock name on their product. I believe the earliest incarnations of the GAP (like the one in this photo) had the large primers. I've also seen nice comparison photos ( www.45gap.com ) showing a sectional view highlighting the strengthened webbing.

Yes it is. A friend gave me the "GAP" cartridge when they first came into the country so I took the photo and posted it before anyone had seen the G37. DannyR was in on some of the test firing IIRC.

I hope there won;t be any problem for me to ask this questions over here. If I am at wrong place...where should I ask?

Can you Pls explain what does the 3 letter words, note normally behind the brand of Guns. Liked AGP, ACP, a few more that i forgot.

Can you please list what they really means? Thank you so very much. ( I am here at Glock Talk to learn from the experts or anyone with experienced ).
Since I first got into Gun crazy, and into this Glock Talk Forum, I have learned so much more about my hobbies, which is Collecting Guns, Shooting them.

The problem that I normally faced,... was difficult to get the permit to buy guns over here, since you already own 1 or 2. Plus the Price are way too expensive than in the Usa.

If I am at the USA now, I might already have at least maybe 15 - 20 handguns. Just for your infos, the New SIG P229 cost appx. $2,500 - $3,000 each.
The CZ 75B, Glock, or Beretta in 9mm cost about usd$1,600.

And all accessories related to guns, cost a lot, including Ammos and Holsters.

Is there any gunsmith who have any interest in doing business wholesales handguns, or other things related to guns? Please let me know how can we work it out.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello.

Can you pls describe what's the meaning of it, and what are they stands for? ( Ex: Ammos 45 S&W, ACP, Speer GAP, etc.).

How about Luger - what does it mean?

Parabellum - what does it mean? There are written on beretta 92fs too. Thank you.

What are the differences on the ammos, is it their powers (grains), or what is it? Please share your ideas.

Sometimes you find these3 letters words after the guns name, etc..:)
