Frank Roper (apparently the sissy who got tackled) was innocently standing in front of the motorcycle with his arms and legs spread so he could show the officer his bruise. Apparently he felt the motor officer would understand his pain better than the guys on foot. Obviously he had to push the bike over once it abused him.:rofl:And you can probably guess what happens next. It certainly is reminder to be alert when in crowds.
