I have a pistol done by them and will include a pic of the card but....their work is crap. I had mine less than a month the slide started peeling BAD even though it was in a kydex holster. When I contacted them about it they REFUSED to honor their warranty. The lady I spoke to on the phone called me a liar and mouthed off to me to the point I just hung up. Good luck with them my opinion of their company is they aren't worth 2 cents
