problems w/ contest?

    Last week, I purchased a ticket for the contest. Never got an email, so I figured that maybe I didn't complete the process.

    So I go in today, and it still shows the ticket in my shopping cart. So I enter my credit card, and confirm.

    The "thanks for your order" page comes up, but does have any order number, or a copy of my order.

    Well, I go to my account, then "show my orders", and it shows nothing!

    Does this mean that the order did not get submitted, or that it is just in process?

    I just don't want to miss out on this contest!

    Now I can't login to the fundraiser site at all!

    I am using my fundraiser username, not my GlockTalk name.

    I did the "forgot my password", and got the email. Tried it with the new password, and I get error "email & pwd mismatch", or "page not found.

    I even tried getting to the site via another link, and there, it does not even recognize my email!

    What to do?

    Problem might be that I was trying to use AMEX instead of MC or VISA.

    Also, is there a restriction against Yahoo accounts? I have had other sights that used extras security or would not allow purchase if the only email was Yahoo, as this is a free account.

    YIKES.. I tried to do it with my paid ISP account, and a VISA, and I got a MySQL error!!!! I think I'll try to send a check.

    Hello. I am not sure what problem you experienced, but there are two successfull transactions from you in the shopping cart database and two successfull credit card charges in my credit card portal account. I am assuming you only intended to make one transaction, so I will void the second transaction and credit your card back for it. Eric
