try rosin powder. basketball players use this, and also bowlers.

it's cheaper than progrip. bought mine at tobby's.

the prince grip is similar to pro-grip. mas mura pa.

the rosin bags are also ok but they transfer to the magazines and leave sticky residue on the mag bodies that they stick inside the grip.

try mo rin deodorant, yung walang scent.

The trick is to place the powder in the grip of your gun and not in your hands.

Otherwise, when you take a pee . . .

meron pa kasi akong pro-grip. pag naubos, meron supply si mannix. so most likely pro grip pa rin.

we've tried the prince grip for tennis and shooting. comparable but mas mabilis matanggal sa kamay vs. pro-grip. there's also the pomade type available at sporting goods store but i haven't seen some in a while. dati meron yung gorilla grip brand which is like a rosin bag but not as sticky as the mueller.

pareho pala tayo. sobrang pag-pawisan hands ko. yesterday, i tried applying my anti-perspirant (endurance) on my hands before playing tennis. nabawasan ng mga 50% sweatiness and slipperiness ng racket grip ko. Dapat siguro nag re-apply ako during the 2nd game, but it really helped.

mueller stickum is the brand but if you look at the composition label, this is the same as rosin powder :)

yup! kelangan merong cross-training for improved aerobic capacity and endurance. seconds lang ang time ng sport natin but the adrenalin rush is equivalent to an hour's worth of exercise.

sakit nga ng tuhod and ankles ko. naka 3 sets ako ng singles kahapon! my aching knees!
